The new TRIQ+ app has arrived

You might have noticed that there haven't been any updates for TRIQ for a while. That's because we've been hard at work developing a completely new and improved triathlon app, and we're proud to finally present it to you.

The new app promises a complete rebuild of the algorithm, resulting in significantly higher plan quality, improved performance, and faster developments compared to the current version.


How to get started

Simply download the TRIQ+ app, register with a new account, answer the onboarding questions, and you'll have access to a training plan right away. We do not recommend using the old and the new app simultaneously. Since we are unable to delete the workouts from the old app on your GARMIN® watch, you will have both training plans available during the transition period.

Free Trial

Just like with the old TRIQ app, TRIQ+ will initially be available for free. Instead of just one month, the new app will be available for free for a bit longer. We want to add a few more features before transitioning the app to a paid model.


Open Subscription

The payment/subscription for the old app will be automatically terminated, so you don't need to take any action.


Get your money back

Due to the inconvenience, we have decided that users who currently have an active subscription can receive a refund of their last payment.


How to request a refund

1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".

3. Choose the reason "Other", then choose Next.

4. Choose the TRIQ subscription, then choose Submit.

5. Wait 24 to 48 hours for an update on your request
