Workouts of the Day

The home screen provides access to your daily workouts, including:

  • Recommended Workouts: Planned sessions tailored to your training plan.
  • Unplanned Workouts: Sessions not originally part of your plan but synced from Garmin.
  • Completed Workouts: Activities you’ve already achieved.

Expected Training Intensity:
The highlighted zone index indicates the expected intensity level for the main part of the upcoming workout.

TRIQ uses a 5-zone training system to guide athletes toward their goals effectively. For more details, refer to the TRIQ Training Zones.
