Recorded Training Time

Garmin® tracks three distinct types of training time:

  • Total Time.
  • Moving Time.
  • Elapsed Time.

For TRIQ, Total Time is the key metric, as it represents the entire recorded duration.

If you strictly follow our training program, this time should match the scheduled duration, including planned breaks. For unplanned breaks, pause the recording using the "Stop" button and resume once you continue training to maintain accurate records.
