Before syncing your workout recommendations with Garmin®, it is essential to set the correct pool size in the TRIQ app. Garmin® does not allow pool size adjustments on the smartwatch for third-party-defined workouts like those from TRIQ.

Note: Currently, swim workouts are designed for 50 & 25 meters and 25 & 50 yard pools. Other pool sizes are not supported.
Swim intensity is analysed in swim pace and this is calculated from recorded swim times.
