You can recalculate your training plan at any time based on your request. This recalculation considers any adjustments you've made to the current and upcoming planned weeks.
Workouts in the current and future weeks can be rearranged to better suit your personal schedule. If a change might negatively impact your training plan, we will notify you with a warning message, but the system will not restrict the adjustment.
We can resolve user-created issues while respecting workouts recently moved to specific days.
Note: Workouts cannot be moved across the weekly board. (e.g. move from Sunday to Monday is not possible)
Before recalculating your training plan, you have the option to lock specific workouts. Locked workouts will remain unchanged during recalculation.
Locking a workout is comprehensive. The day, type, and content of the workout will remain unaltered. Locked workouts will not be optimized, even if improvements are possible.
Note: If you prefer workout optimization, avoid locking it. After recalculation, you can manually move the workout back to your preferred day if it has been relocated.
